In 2012 I became the first ever Student Communications Coordinator at the University of Sheffield. It was my job to ensure the organisation communicated effectively with its entire student and staff population. It was clear that if we wanted to get students’ attention we needed to design quality media and creative content, and so I set about building a creative team.

My remit has broadened in the last decade to encompass content provision for the entire university and its diverse, multi-generational, global audience of staff, students and stakeholders.
